Short-Term Rental – Direct Booking

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”) govern the booking and short-term rental of a furnished accommodation offered by Nicolas and Laurène LAGREZE (the “Owner”) via the Owner’s website and booking engine. Any reservation made through the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C.

2. Property Description

The property is a furnished apartment of approximately 40 sqm, comprising 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, located at:

811 route Nationale, 74120 Megève, France

The property is fully equipped for temporary residential use (fully equipped kitchen, bedding, tableware, heating, television, Wi-Fi Internet connection, etc.).

3. Occupancy

The maximum occupancy of the property is limited to 5 persons, unless prior written consent is obtained from the Owner.
Any occupancy exceeding this limit may result in: an additional charge of €60 per person per night, and/or immediate termination of the stay without refund. Pets are allowed only if declared and accepted at the time of booking.

4. Booking and Payment

The booking becomes binding upon: confirmation of the online reservation, acceptance of these T&C, payment of the total amount indicated at the time of booking. Payments may be made by bank transfer or any other method offered on the website. All prices are stated in euros (€), taxes included unless otherwise specified.

5. Security Deposit

A €1,000 security deposit is required prior to check-in. It will be refunded after the guest’s departure, subject to the absence of damage, loss, or additional charges (excessive cleaning, damages, etc.).

6. Stay Duration – Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 4:00 pm, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking Check-out: by 11:00 am, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking
Dates and times are those confirmed at the time of booking.

7. Cleaning

A mandatory cleaning fee applies per stay, the amount of which is specified at the time of booking.

The property must be returned in a reasonable condition (dishes washed, trash disposed of).

Additional cleaning fees may be charged in case of abnormal conditions.

8. Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking: cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: refund according to booking terms, cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: no refund. The cancellation conditions displayed at the time of booking shall prevail.

9. Liability

The Owner shall not be held liable for any: accident, injury, or illness, loss or theft of personal belongings, interruption of services beyond the Owner’s control (water, electricity, Internet, etc.). The guest occupies the property at their own risk.

10. Force Majeure

The Owner shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond their reasonable control.

11. Termination

In the event of a breach of these T&C, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately without compensation or refund.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

13. Acceptance

By confirming the reservation, the guest acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
